On second thought, Tarurotte is probably a reference to Taruto, also created by Kaishaku. Apparently, the site claims that this work is supposed to feature the popular characters from Kaishaku's older works, so I'm assuming that all the characters other than the main three are just people from other Kaishaku series.
That leaves Mika... Does anyone who has seen Eikyuu Alice or UFO Princess think Mika matches any character in there? I keep thinking it may be Miyako from KnM, but something doesn't seem to look right about it.
