His not reflecting from the 11th dimension but his reflecting it back when the item starts to appear in this dimension and it enters his AIM field.

Read vol 4. Technically there isn't much to show with only few events in Touma's past but it shows on how bad his childhood is.

This is actually a good chapter if not for the cliffhanger and random guy being squeezed in the story to show the "normal" side of the city.
