Spoiler:
True, Ishiyama's fragment is Blackout Invoke but...
As we know from the Adam Project, they were able to develop Zero which is the ability to copy and use any Fragment that it can memorize. That's how both Adams received Zero. With the Adam Project ongoing for 16-17 years (based off the ages of Adam and Eve), it's not unreasonable to think that in that time frame they'd allow for the development of successful transplantation of Eden Seeds into normal people or even the ability to redevelop Zero into ordinary people as well.
If that's the case, why wouldn't Ishiyama want to have Zero on top of his Blackout Invoke to make him as powerful a fighter as anyone. Zero would also help explain how he was able to defy gravity and walk on the ceiling and walls. Not only that, but after Blade was finished fighting Setsuna, who's unrivaled in terms of speed, Blade remarked how fast Saten was which shouldn't be a surprise after fighting with the fasted Needless. Should he have Zero as well, then that'd explain that, too. And if they're able to transplant Zero into Gido, after he's been captured after these few weeks, then it'd be no surprise that he could use Cruz's Shield of Aegis and his own Gigantism fragment during this chapter.

Also, does anyone else agree/disagree about the Gigantism fragment claim at the end of the chapter? That's the only way I can explain this without thinking there's a massive error in perspective and proportion in this page. That and I don't wanna be wrong or be missing something obvious here.
