They will stop at around 25 for now.
The manga needs another year or so to have enough material for another 2-cour season

As for the haters, I'd already seen people who claims that "there's no urgency nor tension now that they have a titan with him. HUMANITY IS SAVED! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER SHITTY SHONEN!"
