It's the ending of Bakemonogatari. After this is Nisemonogatari.
My bet is that when Shaft does decide to animate it they'll do all 5 arcs at once - Koyomi Vamp, Karen Bee, Tsukihi Phoenix, Tsubasa Family and Mayoi Jiangshi
