Cobra Commander can do better by asking Zartan to sneak in and subvert 0048 altogether in a single night.
Seriously, how the enemy is characterized is one of the few sore minuses about this show: it would've been more interesting watching had the opposing force were just as colorful (and more than just a bunch of faceless mooks straight out of tokusatsu), along with a very interesting archenemy.
