It may be because of bad translation but Tashigi is not feeling unwell because of some power making her weak.
She is feeling crappy because she is captured by Vergo, a superior turned traitor who kidnapped all the kids of the people that approached her for help. She feels helpless like how Smoker is feeling pathetic.
