Well, for starters, there are three versions of the game that I know of:
- The original game for PC on CD-ROM
- The PS2 version subtitled "Rumbling Hearts" (without ero content)
- The PC DVD-ROM version (DVD Specification)
The game is entirely Japanese, so you'll either need a Japanese PS2 or a Windows PC with Japanese support (Windows XP can work).
I haven't played it myself, since I don't know Japanese and wouldn't understand anything, but that's what I know about the game from past threads on the subject.
