So the men tell their story of their group who lived at the Pyramid. Their leader was previously an IT President who had a daughter who was a good leader and led them to the pyramid since they believe the area was once an airfield and their might be an airplane inside the pyramid. But then the "Tyrant" took power. The Tyrant was a doctor in their group but never told anyone until everyone got sick (hinted to be his work) except him and gave the survivors a choice: swear loyalty to him and he'll give them the drugs to cure them or die. Reluctantly everyone had no choice but to accept. But the Doctor was a bastard because he refuses to cure the IT Pres's daughter and let her die and even laugh at the man's misery and when he died as well. This is the reason why these two men left the pyramid. Akira refuses to let such a monster continue like that and wants to go to the pyramid and stop his cruel reign.
