Like say, if we compare F-22 raptor and top end Su-35, both can compete easily on raw spec. Meanwhile, Su-35 could easily beat YF-22 easily.
Raphael Revive completed JUST when generation 3 began to take shape, and thus actually superior. Generation-3 unit are still on their infancy, and only few managed to reach maturity by this point of canon. Case in point: look at the spec difference between BT and Silent Zephyr.
So yeah, Infinite Stratos of all things actually avert Super Prototype syndrome.
