Having romantic feelings for someone when you apparently spend every waking minute in constant fear of dying would probably be more Stockholm syndrone than any real romantic feelings. She seemed more interested in feeling safe / being assured that she wasn't going to die. He continued to lie about his level, hide his background. That isn't really a solid setup for romance.
The anime did nothing to suggest Kirito or Sachi had romantic feelings for the other (other than sleeping in the same bed in a virtual MMO).
