I really loved it. In fact out of all this seasons shows that have aird so far this one was the best. Closely followed by Phantom. Queen Blade totaly sucked and K-On was a disapointment.
Finally a show i can get my teeth into, though i hope to god it dosent end up another linebarrel
I really only see Misao being the love interest at the minute. I mean the ending of the ep made it clear there was more to her than just being another ghost.
As for his relatonship with whats her name, she could just be a childhood frind/friend of the family sort of thing. I mean he worked for her dad
