KYH mentioned that it is only that way right now. It is possible that the designer changed the program, and once upon a time, a player can have multiple invites. Also, if the population gets too low, they can always apply a patch and allow more players to enter.

And since she was close to Red Rider without being parent/child, I was leaning toward the Purple Lady (or whatever the Purple King's name is, I'm going by what Nickel Doll called her a few episodes back). It would explain why betraying Red Rider hurts her so much. However, since Kuroyukihime doesn't want to fight this person out of fear of real life retaliation, even upon defeat, I don't think it'll turn out to be a King. If it were a King, then all she'd have to do is off the parent and it'd be over, due to the forced uninstall and memory-wipe. It's likely some level 7 or 8 player with the skill or power equivalent to that of a King.

You make a good point about the potential to be a non-King. I'm sure we'll find out someday, since very little is known about KYH's background. She was very close to this person, at one point. If we see her right now, she is essentially alone. KYH has not shown another friend, family, or anyone at this point. It is quite strange to be alone for so long. It's like Haru is her first true friend since we've known her.
