Kakuzu being stupid is not a speculation, just a "completely incorrect" information. On a different note, finding someone more stupid than Hidan is more like finding a meteor that will definitely hit earth.

Also, Sasuke taking out 1000 chuunins wouldn't be too difficult for him, especially if there is no time limit for that. Considering that Naruto can do the same with one technique, be it summoning destroyer frog or using rasengan shuriken. The most difficult part was taking them out without killing them, though.
