Avatar & Signature Request Thread [Read Guidelines]

Please adhere to the rules.
  1. Only ask for Avatars & Signatures that abide by the AnimeSuki Rules
Please be aware of the size limitations as outlined in the forum rules. Avatars need to be 100 x 100 and under 50kb, Signatures need to be under 500 x 160 pixels and 50,000 bytes. Do NOT ask for GIFs, static avatars or Signature images for use on forums other than AnimeSuki in this thread.

  2. Be Patient
Don't be impatient so don't keep asking for your avatar or signature, you will get them when you get them. If you want it sooner then go make them yourself. People are creating avatars & signatures on their on free time and as a favor to everyone.

  3. Please be specific when requesting an animated GIF for an avatar
We're not mind readers. We do not know what you want, so give us something specific to work with. Be detailed about the description and make sure you keep the time frame something like 2-3 seconds long. All animated GIF avatars must fit in under 50KB. Keep the scene short and simple.

    Example:
I want an animated GIF from Episode 4 of Black Lagoon ... the part where the girl with large guns is shooting rapidly at a fluffy harmless kitten. Time frame of: 10:32-10:34. Border: red.

    *A word about YouTube links:

Even though YouTube links to unlicensed Anime are not forbidden in the forums, most avatar/signature creators will ignore your request if you link to a YouTube clip. This is especially true if you are asking for an animated GIF avatar and your source is a YouTube clip. To expedite your request and increase the possibility of it actually being done, use the fan-sub version found via BitTorrent.

  4. Please supply artwork when requesting a Signature image
Your request for a Signature image will go a lot faster and stands a better chance of being fulfilled if you supply artwork (images off the Internet, screen captures from a show, illustrations, etc.). Even a link to the piece of art/image that you want is better than nothing.

  5. Don't ask what software was used to create Avatars or Signatures
This isn't the thread to discuss software. You'll find all the information you need to get you started making animated GIFs in this thread: How to make your own animated Gifs. You can also find graphic "Tips & Techniques" in this thread: Sig/Avatar tutorials by the makers. The three most common software packages used to create Signatures are:

    - Adobe PhotoShop
    - GIMP (free alternative to PhotoShop)
    - Paint.Net (free alternative to PhotoShop)

  6. Have fun.

If you do not follow by these rules, you will be ignored or your post deleted.
