Those of you familiar with Triangle Heart may recall that Shinobu Tsukimura is actually a member of the night race (夜の一族), which basically makes her a vampire. It wouldn't be strange, therefore, to assume that her little sister Suzuka is of similar heritage (of course, we would never have seen this in MGLC's world, but it's an interesting concept to play around with anyway).

I remember having a short conversation with Sakichi Suzu about the subject; I wouldn't be surprised if that is in fact what inspired this picture.
