A bit late, however I was imagining it like the "kihihihihi" often done by Suisei Seki on Rozen Maiden which is pretty similar to the "kihihihihi" that can be heard in "Happy Maria".
However I don't really care if it's different than what I was imagining because Horie's version is definitely better.
