Spectacular nice image, I'm just not sure about the choice of colour for the text and border. Here's a tip, try to make a mini colour palette of the colours used in your render/image, and then try to pick one colour out of them to be your border. You can apply that to text aswell. I rate it at

katie-chan seems like that's a popular render. Seeing as everyone else has said about its 'blurryness', I'll comment on something else. It seems a bit too 'washed-out'. I can see you used a purple/magenta photo-filter right? Well where the 'red eye' is, try erasing part of the photo-filter on that bit to make the red stand out a bit more. I'm not sure what the original render's colour were like, but maybe there are some other areas where you can do that to maybe bring out the colour. I rate it at
