ANd for all wqho say that u need seals to do jutsu rember that rasengan doesnt need it, and the monster inside gaara didnt used seals to use it power. I wonder what kind of jutsu woould nine tails use. I wonder he will become nine tails completely. nine tails in its true form. and with the killer jutsus.
