If it's the same as the first season's set, then there should be 4 archives in total; my guess is that they would go like this:
1, Index and Touma
2, Mikoto and Kuroko
3, Orsola and Agnese
4, Last Order and Accelerator
Though it would be weird to see Last Order in a compromising situation on the cover...
