I found it curious that all those tried to burn themselves are particularly young, this one is 17, the previous ones are 17 and 19 if memory serves. I am not sure whether this is the case with Tibetans, but in most of parts of China (and Korea, Taiwan, etc.) , people count the ages differently. For example, you are 1 years old the moment you are born, etc. So in reality, those people could be even younger in western standard.
