Perhaps she is just sheepishly remarking / joking to Kyousuke. That in reality at this spot she will meet Kyousuke himself. And if you look at Chapter 1, for their date at Christmas eve they also left home at different times. So one way to see this would be: Kirino leaves first and waits, Kyousuke takes another route / waits first and then joins her.
