Really hard to choose from.

Let's see, I don't like faces that are cut upside and downside in a banner.
I don't really like blue-pink transitions.
I like a clearly readable "Animesuki Forums".
I prefer the autumn themed Kairin banners over the autumn themed banners over the Kairin something else themed banners. ( I think the animesuki mascot needs more presence in these forums but the autumn theme is important too )

maybe it is possible to reduce artefacts here because it'ld be really a nice banner if those were removed. ( maybe saving the uncompressed image with a jpeg yuv 4:4:4 quantizer -no chroma subsampling- will help to reduce artefacts)
