Because I want to play seriously in season 4. I've been thinking of Support Quints to use. For my Thresh build I'm trying to test getting 4 armor blues, 5 mr blues, 9 armor yellows, 9 damage reds and something else.
1. Flat Damage Quints
1. Armor Quints
1. Gold/10 Quints because I already have +2 gold per 10 from support masteries.
Maybe I can experiment more and see what happens?

You may want to consider MS quints - while the bonus MS won't help you catch a runner in time, it will most definitely get you in position for a proper hook, lantern or flay...and that's what supports are all about, positioning.
Also keep in mind that S4 supports will probably be able to build like other champions, so you'll (most likely) have the chance to get tanky or add some extra damage through assist streaks.
