I think he just fears that Akira would eventually take out her frustration over her inability to peel off the sticker paper on him. Which she did, although it took him to start it.
That was still the funniest piece of Engrish I've ever heard. Engrish seems to have its own "uncanny valley" that produces a great deal of laughs.
