Basically, we need to flesh up the article in the first place. As for notability, my challenge is same : Why should Anime Saimoe Tournament Article be allowed to exist, and not ISML? How can you claim Anime Saimoe Tournament to be more important compared to ISML when ISML is attracting about 10 times as much voters right now? They all should go, or they all should exist.
