Cassandra Cain was handled badly, they later had it being that she was under the influence of a drug.
With how badly the Heel Turn was with her DC started to consider her "Toxic" and still do to this very day even though THEY screwed up her character with a very poorly planned event to try and help Tim Drake who didn't need help anyway. Hell, Tim fans were angry that Cassandra, who has a great relationship and history with Tim and is one of his most trusted allies, was changed so drastically and for no good reason. Cassandra also sold consistently well when she had her Batgirl title so this change made even LESS sense as she didn't even need it either nor was it wanted.
Than there's the thing about Tim still being one of the characters that can hold a book with just his name alone and sell well. Like how they used Tim to sell New 52 Teen Titans and only now are they considering on giving Tim his own solo again.
