Not unless a lot of things happened in some very specific orders. First you'd need a way to restrict Fate's magical powers (Otherwise she could kill Aegina pretty easily) and then of course remove all the special protections she has from the Emperor as a prized "guest" (Really just a overglorified prisoner though...)
So it's possible. I won't lie to you. But it isn't likely either.
I think I should get Arc-en-Ciel started... I know, I know I have School of Lyrical WAAAAY behind schedule but maybe a different plot and writing will get my SoL writer's block out of the way...
