We are at Claymore 15 in NA and they are at 17 in Japan. since the volumes come out roughly every 5+ months just to get the chapters needed in it I am sure this is doable.

I am surprised they don't do that. They did the same with Naruto & Bleach - more frequent releases until they caught up more with Japan.
