Here in the Neths, we got soo many providers.
Which are also tested in down/up speed, connection and pings >.>
For Cable and SDSL, there are 2 here the best for me.
Both for 80 bucks a month for the max/plus/super subscription.
Cable: 3Mbit down, 384 Kbit up, fair use policy.
SDSL: 2~8 MBit down, 1Mbit up, fair use policy.
(the minimum subscription down/up 512/256 Kbit/s costs about 20 bucks a month)
In Belgium, there are like only 2 providers and not so good either.
I have cable there >.>...
Up and download limit; Download: 17.5 GB a month, up: 2.5 GB a month...
Also same price and about 3 Mbit down and 128 Kbit up.
I think you need to check what's available and what they provide
