I don't have a clue about the demo, but In episode 2 game, in order to unlock the tea parties, you just have to finish episode 1, then the first tea party.
Like you said, there is a specific way to unlock the second tea party, but that was originally for episode 1 game only (using execute, alternatively following
this pattern).
