I would say for me it's a three way tie between Wing Gundam Zero TV/Wing Gundam EW/ZZ.
I don't understand the need to hide the Gundam, it's a transformation made for flight/covering distance usually. The weird need, or dislike of a Gundam who transforms for function doesn't need to suddenly prettend it's not a Gundam.
As for reasons
Zero - The shield actually looks good and the wing's always being open add a nice touch not to mention the TBR actually looks good in this mode.
Wing - The giant wing's just look great and the shield not having the sensor combined with the much larger buster rifle looks amazing.
ZZ - G Fortress is just amazing in both how large it is for a MA mode and it looks powerful in a totally unique way from the MS.
