This OVA follows Naruto and Team 7's attempt to win a competition among the other Genin, which consists of various sporting events and races where the winning team will receive a week's paid vacation. Naruto has to use the toilet throughout the entire OVA, only to be prevented in each attempt by his fellow Genin and his own mistakes. Eventually, after winning a race around a running track, Naruto cannot hold on any longer and defecates in front of his friends. This is shown as a bonus before the Japanese release of the first Naruto movie. The OVA was released on the American DVD release of the first Naruto movie.
* Every character who's appeared in the series up to the Sasuke Retrieval Arc makes a brief cameo, including characters who had been killed off.
