RAIKAGE LEFT HAND IS BACK......he now got both arms...and he did mention he now cut loose what he had been holding back for a while..see the last page....both hands!!!
makes sense also...since i dont believe raikage just gave his left hand up FOREVER to weak...old...haven upgraded Sasuke..
