The BRS anime did have several issues. Not surprised that it isn't doing so well here. Not to mention the revamped character designs could have alienated the loyal fans of the original designs.

Also, it's interesting how characters from Ad Lib Anime Kenkyuujou were considered eligible. That show is hybrid live-action and animation, with slightly more screentime on the live-action parts.
