I don't have a suggestion, but for novel translations please, please translate them into English! Not Engrish. Not Japinglish. Common English as people write and speak it. Don't adhere slavishly to the original Japanese word order or try to translate every single word in the original. The meaning is the most important thing, so adapt if necessary. So many, many LN/WN translations are so horrible I can't read them.
