I don't expect Ichigo's power will change in the way where...he's using quincy bows and has no zangetsu or shinigami robe. I think it'll be more of a integration of power. Him still wearing the same fit with maybe a slight variation, and him still fighting with zangetsu. If anything I think he'll just learn how to use reishi in battle, and maybe get some quincy techniques like the one used against Baach.
Im just waiting for Aizen to appear so he can say "so you finally mastered your quincy powers, I've been waiting for this day so i can carry out my masterplan".
