Well we finally hit the turning point where things go bad that I knew was coming.
The first half was pretty good in terms of things working out. Was concerned either Satoko wouldn't accept the help or Teppei would kill her before anyone could show up. Nice on Ooishi to call in the cavalry and bring him down before things got to a seriously bad place. Plus good on Rika to make her stand and finally get Satoko to reach out for some help. At least we got the defeating of Satoko's fate.
Even though it obviously failed positive on Rika to do everything she could think of to stop Tomitake from getting killed. The warnings, going to the police, and even having her friends follow them around to guard them were great attempts. Sadly you can't do much if the enemy is right there and has the power to stop anything you're going to try.
Had a feeling Takano was bad but this pretty much puts her right in there as the enemy to be defeated. Though I'm right back at not having a clue how Rika can handle this. She's up against a governmental level force. Know the next couple episodes won't be pretty rough. Looks like this arc will give us some info and set things up for the final bout that will finish the series.
And yeah for all that talk about Tomitake. Maybe if they had shown him doing something rather than being taken out in 5 seconds it would've made sense there.
