I've only watched one Yaoi series, and it was inadvertent since I did not know what it was about. As a straight male, I can honestly say girl-on-girl action does nothing for me. Regarding Yaoi, from what I've been told, most of it is directed towards the female audience and feature extremely effeminate males (uke). Perhaps that's because some girls can identify with those kind of guys.
