They occassionally have ridiculous prices, but usually still not as ridiculous as eBay.
Additionally, if you're looking to pickup some figure merch on the cheap, you might try
MyFigureCollection.Net, they have a sales section as well as a Club where users search out all kinds of deals, and offer figures for cheap at times to make up costs on upcoming figures they've purchased. I've bought from a few users there without issue.
