Boys also don't go running around holding hands. Maybe the arm or the wrist but not the hand.
The guy doesn't seem to have any hormones either. I'm pretty sure I speak for most guys here but I'd blush a bit if I had to carry a pretty girl like that.
It's also occurred to me here that in this series the girls are quite aggressive in their pursuit. I mean in stuff like SHuffle!, etc. I don't recall the girls making all the moves so directly.
