Jubei-chan does not actually have an injured eye, she just wears an eyepatch for the magic powers. Plus the eyepatch is heart-shaped, the school uniform is wrong, the art style is completely different, and the character looks way too young. Conclusion: not Jubei-chan.
In fact, judging from the style, I would guess that all 3 come from the same show, and even though I don't recognize it, a quick search for the text at the bottom of the 3rd pic brings up
this little gem - a hentai game/OVA franchise.
