I don't see how the Double Bullet would give him any sort of advantage at this point. It lacks the surprise element that it had in Gen 2, Zeheart already knows what it looks like and how it works, and all of the main Vagan suits, Legilis, Girargha and Fawn Farsia have remote weapons, which they can just use to spam Asemu from range, thus rendering the DB useless. At least with the Dark Hound he can use those hooks as a shield to stop bits.
