I had the funds for that much, except that I'm going to hose around 8-9 million on Friday when I get more garage slots and crack open all those new tanks.
IIRC the last time they had a gold discount on crew retraining it didn't include swapping skills for other skills. Which is what I have in mind now that my T-34 crew ground its way to 100% first skill but I want to BiA them all. So I suppose it won't matter if I do it now or wait until Friday... but just in case?
