I actually like Eclair (gasp!) even though I don't know much about her. But my impressions of her is that she's selfish, not much unlike Tamaki, so IMO they fit together like a tee. Very much like Haruhi/Kyouya are the same side of the coin, so is Tamaki/Eclair, but that's just my opinion.
Of course, there's really no chance in hell that'll happen, since in eps 25 we have Haruhi showing signs of jealousy. Which is quite sad for me, unfortunately, as I was really expecting Hikaru to be on the top considering how many episodes was devoted to him falling in love with Haruhi.
