Strange thing here: No healer. No AOE. 3 DPS classes. Good for clearing trash mobs Gadgets, but they'll only down Onyxia Lutecia after they get their basics right and PUG someone.
Subaru is Heavy Calvary. She usually smashes her way into an enemy line with her Power Skates, shockwaves and throws the iron around before rolling out of the carnage. In terms of mobility, even without flight she can get wherever she needs to quickly. Combined with her innate aggression and high physical strength, this girl is a close assault monster in the making. Her weakness is the limited attack range of her weapon, so she needs to get really close to do the hurt.

The drawback to this style is 4-fold, if she's not careful she'll get swamped by the horde. Otherwise, she'll need to increase her defense, endurance and find some way to mitigate her short attack range. Essentially, she needs to cool that hot blood some and keep surviving Vita's accellerated defense course . For missile power and defense, basically she has to carry Teana around and deploy her as a sniper before going on a rampage

Teana has a good head for tactics screwed on as well as excellent marksmanship. She IS the center of the current team because of that ability to command, and some really sneaky skills in stealth and decoy . If she could fly she'd be more effective, otherwise Subaru has to physically carry the girl to the field. On a lighter note, the Subaru/Teana Gattai essentially turns them into a mobile anti-air and missile weapon platform .

Still, they cover one another pretty well. Anything the Amazon doesn't have time for, the Longbow will shoot down. Any poor fool trying to go for Teana is going to be smashed to heck in return. As a stabilising influence to the team, Teana will likely call for a retreat when needed. Then she'll find a way to hit back 2x harder. In the mean time, the girl is going to get officer's training-wheter she wants it or not

Erio functions as Light Calvary. His personal combat skills can be considered adequate, although he has nowhere near the endurance, durability and killing power as the front. This probably due to his age, length in training and current specialisation. His speed allows him to skirmish and chase down anyone attempting to retreat, holding the opposition till help arrives. Initiative also means he's likely to hit first for either a kill or crippling wound. Also means that next to being Caro's assigned bodyguard, he's also to exploit any sudden openings for a critical attack.

The bad? He's admittedly somewhat fragile and underpowered for what he's had to face and therefore in the most need for tanking spells But that's alright, lot's of hero opportunities for the boy to grab Caro and Fred, load a cartridge and just rocket out of trouble. Otherwise, he'll just tank up and charge back in like a holy bolt of vengeance. Either way, he'll have to cut back on the impulsiveness and avoid trouble.

Caro I've already gone into at length. She IS the weakest in terms of defense and combat power in general, hence the weak link in the team. Whatever offensive power she has is linked to Fred, and that's pretty slow to charge and cast. The irony is, with the tanking spells, matter manipulation skills and her Deploy Mobile Fortress, Caro's overall defense and destructive potential outstrips the rest of her team combined >_<.

Remove her and the team will likely collapse, making her as difficult to hit as possible is a very good idea. Knowing how valueable the girl is, the rest will make every effort to see that Caro is well defended from attack. In the mean time, let's all pray Fred doesn't go berserk in the near furure
