Or, you know, she's just sick. In any case, I find it unlikely that there's a traitor poisoning her. One thing we've seen so far is that the vassals of each Vanadis are quite loyal to their lord. To change that would be one of those lame "plot twists" that's actually more of an inconsistency-type plot hole.
