Many of the series others have listed are on
Crunchyroll. I'd start there.
Funimation is another good bet. Also
Hulu has a growing selection of anime, but many of their offerings are dubbed.
These are all legal streaming sites. Most shows that haven't been licensed in North America ("R1") like
REC are distributed as unauthorized fansubs via BitTorrent and are listed on the
main AnimeSuki site. Fansubs of licensed shows are
off-limits on AnimeSuki.
Some fansubs of unlicensed shows appear on YouTube and have yet to attract a "take-down" notice from their copyright holders.
Chi is one example. (Remarkably AS had to
remove Chi's Sweet Home from its listings, but the production committee doesn't appear to care about it being available on YouTube!)
