“AA+ Air Knight and A+ Mixed Wizard rank respectively… although they’ve never taken further examinations as a pair following their Enforcer examination test 4 years ago, their effectiveness as a team is exemplified to be a solid AAA class team.
They were part of the 5th Management World’s civilian task-force involved in field surveillance works with the elder brother as the all-rounder driver with a professional license at 11 and the younger one being a renowned cracker at 10, before they were noted to possess magical potential and things went from there.
Although they’re not exactly very impressive when compared to the best of the best… say your aces, yourself even, but they have a solid record and had proven their abilities as a team.
Those 2 brothers are quite unconventional. Generally, enforcers aren’t paired in missions and mostly works solo, but their individual co-efficiency and overall strengths and weaknesses make it far more effective for them to be deployed as a two-person team.
Junior Enforcer Akira Schneider-Hibiki… assist-based Striker class mage, he excels at being a all-range combat-type support … Although his combat expertise from field and examination data… none in particular of which is outstanding on its own, he is cited to be averagely good in all bases, in terms of outranging, mid-range and close quarters, solid enough to be of a support-type and for regular armed forces, an ace even, though it does lack a bit in the presence of other specialized aces. However, he is very level headed and smart, and inspires leadership, making him a good out-rear mage leader. However, his main expertises lie in his knowledge and practical appliances of technical computing data, engineering and electronic expertise in field work. Knowledgeable in ECM and ECCM warfare, and advanced mage-certification in artificial intelligence and electronics development… He is said to be almost as good as some specialist in the field.
To be quite honest, for someone like him whose talent shines elsewhere, I wonder why he even enlisted in the Navy. However, it is true that he is an excellent young boy… or at least, that was what Admiral Greegs said about him.”

“Yes, apparently they were both orphans, who then acknowledged each other as brothers, and made it so that it would be accepted. Apparently it was why both of them sought to be child professionals, and got legalization. It seems like…it was when they were 10 and 9 respectively. There was very little information on what actually transpired though.”

“Qualifications as a Belka Knight, working as a frontline Ace-class mage knight. As opposed to his younger brother who’s quite orthodox, his combat expertise is quite different… with the norm. A way to describe it would be that he’s protection-based close-ranged breaker type, monickered…”Shell Bullet.” With heavy concentration on concentrated force and precision at a close-range, alongside utilizing solid shelled barriers and protections to close in on enemy forces aggressively, along with an out-forcing fighting style with heavy barrages that pushes the enemy away while he pushes in. Very aggressive, so to speak. However, he has tendencies of going overboard, to berserk-like extents. He’s very emotionally driven, but for most parts, he works very well professionally. This only weakness is what prevents him from being a solid solo Ace class mage knight, and has to cope with working in teams of 2 with his brother. Though trained to be a self-supporting combat mage, he has official A-rank pilot license for most military vehicles.”
“Assigned to the 7th Independent Fleet, the rear fleet as an addition-support fleet, they work in generally as their ranger force. Considering the reduced roles in particular with the expansion of the new XV class ships like this Claudia of yours, I’d thought they’d be helpful for some additional workforce. I’ve already got approval from their commanding officer.”
