My top 10, not necessarily in order...

0. Tachibana Kanade (Angel Beats!) <- She's my waifu, so not even belong in Top 10...
1. Gokou Ruri (Kuroneko) (Ore no Imouto)
2. Victorika (GOSICK)
3. Touwa Erio (Denpa Onna)
4. Kanzaki H. Aria (Hidan no Aria) <- aka the only reason why I haven't drop that series...
5. Hagimura Suzu (Seitokai Yakuindomo) <- People already forgot about this...sad...
6. Nakano Azusa (K-On!!) <- あすにゃんペロペロ（＾ω＾）
7. Charlotte Dunois (IS)
8. Akemi Homura (Madoka)
9. Haqua (Kaminomi)
10. Okami Ryoko (Okami-san) <- Since I doubt the cameo Taiga can go anywhere...

Some other: Kasugano Sora (Yosuga no Sora), Astarotte Ygvar (Astarotte no Omocha!), Shiomiya Shiori (Kaminomi), Honma Menma (Anohana), Kosaka Kirino (Ore no Imouto), Hakase (Nichijou), Akiyama Mio (K-On!!), Ika-Musume (Shinryaku! Ika-Musume), Isurugi Mio (MM!)

Sigh, too many to pick from...(And that's just from anime that I've started/watched...with numerous series that I haven't even touch...), and pretty sure I've left out girls...
